UN Certification For Dangerous Goods
BottleTec GmbH is inspected on a regular basis by the Swiss Federal Inspectorate of Dangerous Goods EGI (www.svti.ch). All of our products have a UN certification for dangerous goods of the packaging group I. The packaging group I has the highest possible demands on packaging products and enables them to be used for transportation of dangerous goods.
Closing System For Better Safety
Our certified closing system mainly consists of three parts:
- Cap with aluminium coated sealing liners and tamper evidence
- Polyethylene (PE) plug with pulling ring for easier removal
- Rolled threaded ring with outside thread for complete emptying
Ready to use
Our aluminium bottles are shipped pickled, individually packed and ready to use. Herewith the usual additional cleaning can be omitted and ensures the cleanliness of your production and filling equipment.

High breaking resistance and resistant to deformation.
Ecology / Recycling
Our aluminium bottles are made of 99.5 - 99.7% pure aluminium and herewith well recyclable.
